Financing
We are an approved builder for both FHA & Conventional Loan financing options. The primary difference between the two types of loans is the down payment. A borrower can obtain a FHA loan with as little as 3.5% down, whereas a Conventional loan will require 20% down. There are some other differences between the two types, but each will vary based on your personal financial history.
