Project Overview
Our team handled everything from demolition to the finishing touches, creating a refreshed outdoor living space that blends style and structure. The project included pool upgrades, outdoor kitchen construction, a new lanai cage, structural steel support, and full exterior painting.
Pool Renovation
The existing pool received a complete update for both performance and aesthetics:
- Removal of existing pavers and demo of old outdoor island and storage closet
- New pool coping with standard brick coping around the pool and spa
- 6×6 standard pool tile installation for a fresh, modern look
- Pool plaster restoration including surface prep, chip repair, and new fittings where possible
- Pool paver deck installation over the existing concrete deck with new deco drain and sand base
- New pool lighting — upgraded to energy-efficient white or optional multi-color LED fixtures
- Pool handrail installation for improved accessibility (optional deep-end egress ladder available)
Pool Enclosure & Structural Enhancements
To ensure long-term protection and a clean modern finish, we replaced the entire pool cage with a new bronze aluminum enclosure featuring:
- 20/20 screen mesh with 8” kick plate
- Picture window openings for unobstructed views
- 7” super gutter installation
- Full engineering, permitting, and plans included
Additionally, steel columns and I-beams were used to replace the old lanai posts, increasing open space and improving the structure’s strength. This involved new concrete footers, drywall and stucco repairs, and full engineering for beam work.
Custom Outdoor Kitchen & Storage Closet
We built a 10×10 L-shaped outdoor kitchen designed for both function and aesthetics:
- Aluminum framing with cement board walls
- Stone finish
- Level 1 granite countertops
- Glass tile backsplash extending to the lanai ceiling
- Electrical setup for appliances and outlets
Across from the kitchen, we added a new 10’ x 2’4” storage closet with:
- Wood framing on the existing slab
- Stucco and paint finish to match the home
- 6068 fiberglass doors with new hardware
Exterior Painting & Interior Trim
The project wrapped up with a complete exterior repaint using Sherwin-Williams Super Paint, including walls, ceilings, and lanai surfaces. Inside, we upgraded baseboards, door casings, and trim in the living, dining, and foyer areas — freshly caulked, painted, and finished to perfection.
