Jacob Carter. CEO/Owner, Qualifying Contractor

Jacob is a native of Southwest Florida and comes from a long line of craftsmen.  He has over 12 years experience in both residential and commercial construction in Southwest Florida. He is the qualifying contractor, holding a State Certified General Contractors license. Jacob started his career in construction as a plumber, then an HVAC tech, working his way to Construction Supervisor for a large production builder.  He has completed projects in Lee, Charlotte, Collier and Hendry Counties. While building condos and coach homes he closed over 60 units in 18 months, 10 of which had ZERO homeowner defects. His commercial experience includes a variety of projects, from small office build outs to a custom 30,000+ square foot church. Small jobs or large, commercial or residential, Jacob has the experience and the qualifications to manage your project. Jacob’s attention to detail and relationships with quality subcontractors are what set him apart. Jacob is also a US Coast Guard Approved Captain.  When not working, he can be found offshore fishing for grouper & snapper. [hr]

Chrissy Carter. CFO/Qualifying Broker

Chrissy is also a native of Southwest Florida and a graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration: Management.  She grew up in small business and government offices in Fort Myers, spending many summers going to work with her parents.  Her professional experience includes marketing, management of online learning systems, website creation and administration, network management and support, database creation and administration, and automating workflows. Chrissy is a licensed Florida REALTOR and a member of the National Board of REALTORS.  She holds an active Real Estate Brokers License and is the Qualifying Broker for Olde Florida Real Estate, Inc. In her spare time, she enjoys the hot Florida summers and fishing & water skiing. [hr]
