Buckingham Pool Cabana

Spectacular Outdoor Living

This isn’t your standard pool in the backyard, this is outdoor living. Even the building inspectors would call us after inspections to say, “Man, this is one of the coolest things I’ve seen.”

The exterior was covered in Hardi-Board siding and stacked stone, topped off with a metal roof. The 30’x15′ pool is surrounded by multi-colored Slate stone and the exposed wood beams give it a rustic appeal.

The outdoor living area features enough room for a dining table and living seating. There’s also built-in outdoor kitchen with amble counter space. Plus, a pass-through fireplace shared with the indoor space.

Inside, the concrete epoxy floors give it a warm look while being “wet” friendly. And who wouldn’t love to work here while you look out at the pool?

But the real star, are the tongue-and-groove ceilings inside and out. It’s truly resort-style living in your backyard.

Sanibel Island Remodel

Island house gets a sunny makeover

This Sanibel Island remodel completely transformed this house. The home was outdated and had a lot of wasted space. The living area, kitchen and baths were completely. A new laundry room was framed and built, getting the laundry area out of the garage and into the air-conditioned space of the home. New wood-look tile flooring was installed throughout the home. New cabinets and granite counter tops were installed in the kitchen and baths. The old soffit and fluorescent lighting was removed to allow for new LED can lights, pendant lights above the bar and new ceiling fans. The results is an open and airy space that looks like a sunny island house now.

Kitchen Remodel in Naples

This transformation is shocking. While not a small space, the layout of this outdated kitchen left you feeling cramped and out of room. We removed some walls and the header to open the space. The layout was also changed to allow for a better flow and more cabinet space. A base-through window was added to incorporate the kitchen into the other side of the house. The flooring was replaced and the interior repainted throughout all the living space. White, all-wood cabinets, with light colored granite countertops and Carrara marble backsplash were installed. The addition of several new can lights in the ceiling, hanging pendant lights over the bar and under cabinet LED lights really brighten the space.

Bonita Beach Club Condo Remodel

This remodel project is one of many we have completed at the Bonita Beach Club. Sitting right on Bonita Beach, FL we performed:

  • An entire demo of the condo, including removing the existing drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops and all fixtures
  • We removed walls to open the space between the kitchen and dining room
  • All new fixtures, appliances, doors and trim were added
  • New custom made closet shelving was installed

Custom Cabinetry – Made in the USA

New custom cabinets, by StarMark Cabinetry, were installed in the kitchen that now flow out into the dining room. This helped create additional storage and counter space,  as well as visual appeal. We also designed and installed custom cabinets in the guest bedroom to create a built in workspace. New cabinets were installed in both bathrooms as well.
