Estero Wine Cellar
Estero, Florida – This commercial remodel was to convert existing self storage space into an air-conditioned wine cellar.
This project required relocation of the air handler, electrical and sprinkler heads. Additional fire sprinkler heads were added. Drywall was removed to add insulation to existing walls. Removal of floor paint and carpeting was necessary to replace with floor tile. 8 ft walls were framed from floor to ceiling to construct new wine lockers to match existing ones. Closed cell spray foam insulation with vaper barrier in wall cavity of wine cellar was installed.
